De`Jia Long-Hillie, a Global Studies Major with a Political Science minor, recently attended the scholar's leadership weekend for the Toshizo Watanabe scholarship which is offered through the US-Japan Council. She met many inspiring people who spoke about their careers in Japan and leadership in the professional world and left feeling enriched and motivated to finish her semester abroad strong.
